Mix Magazine is a daily industry trade magazine that encompasses the full scope of the music mix industry, whether that be mixed CDs, old-school cassettes, or traditional formats featuring various artists like movie soundtracks and promotional compilations. We feature the hottest taste makers, mix masters, and musical artists in the industry. Because every artist that is any good has contributed at least one cool track to a mix. Otherwise, from an industry perspective, they don’t exist.
No Really, What Even Is This?
This is a silly parody site I made for my mother. Every so often I make her a mixed CD of my favorite music, with liner notes set in a fictional universe where Mix Magazine is a real thing. My name is Dan, but in this fictional world I am known as Mix Master Dan.
Maybe sometime I could do a little more to expand this site, but for now it’s got some silly images and headlines I came up with in 2021. I hope very much that you’ve enjoyed your visit.
